Nox App Player: «Unfortunately, Nox Launcher has stopped»

Nox App Player.

Nox.

Unfortunately MEmu Launcher has stopped”

    1. Заходим в “Settings” -> “Apps”
    2. Выбираем вкладку “ALL” (для этого скроллим экран влево)
    3. Там выбираем “Memu Launcher” и вычищаем ему кэш (“Clear Data & Cache”)

Nova.

Nexus 5

Android 6.0

Android

Android

Google Play).
    • Настройки (com.android.settings, может вызывать ошибки com.android.systemui).
Google Play, Google Services Framework
    • Google (связано с com.android.systemui).

SOLVED: Unfortunately, Google Play Services Has stopped

When Google Play malfunctions or receives an error, the Play Store app will close and a message will appear on your screen that reads ‘Unfortunately Google Play Services Has Stopped.’ This error can stop you from downloading new apps or from using the app store on your Android device. As frustrating as it may be, it can be relatively simple to fix the issue. In this article, we’ll go through the steps necessary to resolve the Play Store issues.

Unfortunately, Google Play Services Has stopped

We’d suggest trying method one first and if that doesn’t work then proceed to try method two. We also have further methods for more troubleshooting. But before moving on, switch off your phone then charge it up to 100% and then power back. Also, during the troubleshooting process, disable (although uninstalling will be better) any apps that guard privacy and optimize battery performance.

    Method 1: Clear Cache

The first method for fixing the error for the Google Play Services error is to clear the cache of both the Google Play Store and Google Play Services. Follow the steps below to clear your cache for Google Play Services.

    Clear Cache

    1. Open the Settings app on your device
    2. Scroll to ‘Apps’
    3. Scroll down and find Google Play services, then tap it
    4. Tap ‘Storage
    5. Tap ‘Clear Cache
    6. Tap ‘Manage Space
    7. Tap ‘Clear all Data’

    Clear All Data

Next, you’ll need to follow the same steps to clear the cache for the Google Play App. Tap the home screen button on your device and then follow the next steps.

    1. Open the Settings app on your device
    2. Scroll to ‘Apps’
    3. Scroll down and find Google Play Store, then tap it
    4. Tap ‘Storage
    5. Tap ‘Clear Cache
    6. Tap ‘Clear Data’

Once you’ve cleared the cache, restart your device and attempt to use the Google Play Store. Hopefully, the issue will have been fixed and the ‘Unfortunately Google Play Services Has Stopped.’ message will no longer appear.

If this does not fix the issue, you can attempt method two below.

Method 2: Download Latest Play Store .apk Files

It may be the case that downloading the latest Play Store .apks may fix the issue for you completely. You can download new .apk files for Google Play Services and the Google Play Store below.

    Download APK

To download, follow these steps from your Android device:

    1. Tap the latest available version
    2. Tap download APK
    3. Tap the Blue Download Button on the next page and wait for the countdown
    4. Tap the Green Click to Download! Button. Click to Download
    5. Once downloaded, visit the settings app on your device
    6. Scroll down and tap Security
    7. Tap to enable the check-box beside unknown sources.
    8. Pull down the notification bar and tap the downloaded file
    9. Go through the installation process

Next, restart your Android device. Hopefully, this should resolve the issue.

    Method 3: Uninstall Updates

Sometimes there can be an error with the version of Google Play Services on your device. We’d suggest following the steps below if the methods above haven’t helped you to solve the issue. This method will help you to uninstall and reinstall updates for the Google Play Services app.

    1. Open the Settings app on your device
    2. Find and Open ‘Security
    3. Tap ‘Phone Administrators‘ or ‘Device Administrators‘.
    4. Next tap on Android Device Manager
    5. A new page, as shown below will appear
    6. On this page, tap ‘Deactivate‘. Deactivate This Device Administrator
    7. Next, head back to the Settings app on your device.
    8. Tap ‘Apps‘.
    9. Tap ‘Google Play Services‘.
    10. Tap the Three-dot Menu Button at the top right.
    11. Tap Uninstall Updates.
    12. Tap OK on the pop-up.
    13. Tap OK again if necessary.

Uninstall Updates of Google Play Services

Next, you’ll need to re-activate Android Device Manager

    1. Open the Settings app on your device.
    2. Find and Open ‘Security‘.
    3. Tap ‘Phone Administrators‘ or ‘Device Administrators‘.
    4. Tap on Android Device Manager.
    5. On the next page, tap ‘Activate‘.
    6. A notification will appear on your device asking to update Google Play Services. Tap the notification and install the update.

Next, restart your device – hopefully the error will have disappeared.

    Method 4: Reset Apps Preferences

If nothing has helped you so far, then resetting apps to their defaults may solve the problem. If there are any restrictions imposed on Google Play services by these applications, they may get removed through this process and thus solve the problem. The undermentioned steps may be a bit different according to your device type.

    1. Go to the Settings.
    2. Go to Apps (Application Manager).
    3. Click on More. Open More in Application Manager
    4. Go to Reset App. Tap on Reset Apps
    5. A pop up will appear with confirmation to Reset Apps and what will happen after resetting the Apps. Tap on Reset Apps to confirm the resetting of the apps.
    6. Now restart your device and then check if it is clear of the current issue.

    Method 5: Factory Reset

If your device is still displaying the ‘Unfortunately Google Play Services Has Stopped’ messages after following all three methods, your only choice may be to reset the device to factory settings. It’s advised to create a backup of all of your files before doing this.

After you have backed up your data, you can follow the steps below to reset your device. Doing this will revert your device to the state it was when you first purchased it.

    1. Visit the Settings app on your device
    2. Find and open backup and reset
    3. Tap Factory data reset. Factory Data Reset

6 Easy Way to Fix Unfortunately Settings has Stopped Error

The use of smartphones has become a part of our lives. We use these samples of state of the art technology for many purposes. But we all know that they are not perfect machines. Due to this, we all have to deal with a lot of problems sometimes. One of the most common problems that almost everyone has faced is “Unfortunately Settings Has Stopped”.

But why are you worried so much. We have already got you covered with yourself tested and experimentally proved working solutions. In this article, we will talk about the Error message “Unfortunately Settings has stopped“, It’s causes and solution.

I still remember the day when I had my LG G2. I really loved that phone. I used to play games on it and used it for social media apps. One day when I was taking a photograph of our exams date sheet. I found that the camera was not working.

I mean whenever I clicked on the camera Icon. There was a pop-up window with a message “unfortunately camera has stopped”. At first, I was a bit worried but then I started to figure out what is wrong. I Experimented and played with a lot of things and due to this, I figured out the working solution of this error.

    Understanding “Unfortunately Setting has stopped”

As I have already mentioned this fact on our other useful articles we can’t solve it unless we know the roots of the problem. Before we start learning about the solution steps let me tell you what I have found during my experiments. These are my own experiment and theories about this android error message. Also please keep this in mind that there could be more that one and different causes of a single problem in android phones.

Below are some of the serious issues that will cause the, unfortunately, Settings has stopped to occur.

    Low Phone cache memory:

The android phones have both volatile and non-volatile memory. it stores data permanently such as photos, videos, etc in non-volatile memory. In other words, we can call this type of memory ROM.

However, the other kind of memory plays a very important role during the operation of the modern smartphone. For example, we put some pictures on our phones. or we run an App on our phone. This operation is stored temporarily in our Android smartphone’s RAM (random access memory). This helps the phone to perform functions swiftly and we don’t have to wait for a long period of time.

Now when our phone’s ram is full it will not be able to perform correctly. And as a result, we get Error “unfortunately Settings or any other app has stopped”.

    Incomplete Files:

This is also another cause of the error. An android app works many files. If some of these files are missing from the app it will not be able to run correctly. This is possible both in the system and downloaded apps.

    Incompatible Google Play services update:

The google play store is like a control tower for our android smartphone apps. All the data of these apps is controlled by google play services. Now if you have installed the google play services which is not compatible with your android version. it has some bugs in it then your apps will not work properly.

    Incompatible Play Store :

Sometimes Users install the Google Play store and other app updates from third party sources. These are actually not suitable for the phone and its software version. Due to this, it becomes the root of many problems.

    Bugs in Firmware/ROM:

There are different kinds of ROMs available for Android smartphones. These are called custom ROMs. These custom ROMs can be installed on almost every smartphone which hasn’t got an official Google update.

These ROMs works well but some of these are highly unstable and has got a lot of bugs in it. These bugs will not let the phone to work properly and as a result, we face a lot of errors, one of them is “Unfortunately Settings has stopped

Now I hope you will have a solid idea about what causes this problem. Let’s learn about how to solve “Unfortunately Settings has stopped” error.

As I have already told you there could be more than one solution for a single problem. I suggest trying all of these until you get the solution to your problem.

You will see a popup window where you can select the reboot option easily. If their problem still exists then try the following methods to uproot it successfully.

Method 1- Clearing Cache memory of your phone

    • Tap & Hold on “Power off”.

Method 5- Wiping Cache partition from recovery mode

    • When the Recovery Mode has started to use your Volume Up and Down buttons to navigate through options.
    • Navigate to “Wipe Cache Partition” and press the Power Button to select the option.
    • After successfully clearing the cache partition Reboot the phone.

    Method 6- Factory reset

This is the last option you have. A factory reset deletes all the data present on your smartphone. So take a backup of all the files present on your phone to factory reset.

    • Go to settings of your phone
    • Find “Backup & Reset” under the settings.
    • Under “Backup & Reset” you will see “Factory data reset”,
    • just click on it and in there click on the “Reset Phone”.
    • Enter security credentials if you set on your device if you don’t have or if you don’t have to leave it. Wait for some times and your phone completely reset.

“For rooted phone users with CyanogenMod or clockwork mod recovery, I am sure the error Unfortunately Settings has stopped is caused by the incompatible rom. It is also possible that some of the rom files are corrupt.”

Also sometimes it happens due to improperly installed rom. Try downloading the ROM file from different sources and then open the app it will solve the problem.
